APM Healthcare produced the initial feasibility study and designs that incorporated the natural light and original features of the building.  Fire exit routes and access requirements were also included in the design.
APM Healthcare then produced the detailed drawing and specification of the clinical areas to meet the latest guidelines of the Health Technical Memorandum and to meet the requirements of the CQC.
The project also involved some reactive maintenance work and the refurbishment of the existing waiting room floor together with replacement of the auto door access for the main entrance.
APM Healthcare provided the turnkey solution for two new consultation rooms and an access corridor. The project was managed by our own in house management team to provide a first class solution with minimal disruption to the patients and practice staff.
